条款的接受

通过创建账号或以其他方式使用 AYAsec 的网站或平台（下称“服务”），即表示您同意本服务条款（下称“条款”）。如果您代表某一组织使用本服务，即表示您声明拥有代表该组织的授权，此时本条款中的“您”即指该组织。

服务说明

AYAsec 是一个自动化安全扫描平台，可分析您提交的域名与基础设施的 TLS/SSL 配置、网络暴露面、DNS 安全、HTTP 响应头以及公开攻击面，并以分级报告的形式呈现结果。

扫描授权

You must own or be authorized to test every domain, host, or asset submitted to AYAsec. Technical ownership verification is required before HTTP Active or Extended scans. TLS, HTTP Passive, Ports, DNS, Credibility, and Discovery scans do not require this technical verification; authorization is still required for every scan.

您的账号

您必须提供准确的注册信息，并对您的登录凭据保密。您的账号下发生的所有活动均由您本人负责。如果您怀疑账号被未经授权使用，请立即通过下方联系地址通知我们。

免费试用与费用

AYAsec offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Paid plans are billed in EUR through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. Annual billing equals ten monthly payments; active amounts come from Stripe. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Fees are non-refundable and we do not issue prorated refunds or credits for partial periods.

可接受使用

除上述扫描授权要求外，您同意不会：

• 利用本服务违反任何适用法律或侵犯任何第三方的权利
• 试图干扰、过载本服务或其基础设施，或未经授权访问二者
• 对本服务进行逆向工程、转售、再许可，或利用本服务开发与之竞争的产品
• 歪曲扫描结果，或利用本服务对第三方的安全状况做出虚假陈述

知识产权

AYAsec and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of the scan targets and data you submit, and of the reports generated for your account. We may use aggregated, de-identified data derived from scans to improve the Service and to publish statistics and research about internet security. Published statistics never identify you, your organization, or any domain, host, or IP address you submit.

安全结果不作担保

安全扫描是根据本服务在扫描时执行的检查项，识别特定类别的配置错误和已知漏洞；这一过程并非详尽无遗，也不能保证目标不存在任何漏洞、不会被攻击者攻破，或符合任何特定的合规框架。在法律允许的最大范围内，本服务按“现状”和“可用性”提供，不附带任何明示或暗示的担保。

责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，AYAsec 对因您使用或无法使用本服务而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或任何数据、收入或利润损失概不负责。就与本服务相关的任何索赔，我们的全部责任总额不超过您在索赔发生前 12 个月内向我们支付的金额（如有）。

终止

您可以随时停止使用本服务并关闭账号。如果您违反本条款——尤其是扫描授权要求——或依照法律要求，我们可能暂停或终止您的访问权限。就其性质而言应在终止后继续有效的条款（包括知识产权、不作担保、责任限制以及本条款）将继续有效。

服务或本条款的变更

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify account holders by email in advance.

适用法律

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. The courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
