Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using AYAsec's website or platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.

Description of the Service

AYAsec is an automated security scanning platform that analyzes the TLS/SSL configuration, network exposure, DNS security, HTTP headers, and public attack surface of domains and infrastructure you submit, and presents the results as graded reports.

Authorization to Scan

You may only submit a domain, IP address, or other target for scanning if you own it or have explicit authorization from its owner to test it. Scanning infrastructure without authorization may be illegal in your jurisdiction and is strictly prohibited under these Terms. You are solely responsible for verifying you have the right to scan any target you add, and you agree to indemnify AYAsec against any claim arising from a scan you initiated against a target you were not authorized to test. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we reasonably suspect of scanning targets without authorization.

Your Account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Free Trial and Fees

AYAsec currently offers use of the Service without charge during an evaluation/trial period, with no payment details required. We do not currently process payments. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will update these Terms and communicate pricing and billing terms before charging you.

Acceptable Use

In addition to the scanning-authorization requirement above, you agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or use the Service to build a competing product
• Misrepresent scan results or use the Service to make false claims about a third party's security posture

Intellectual Property

AYAsec and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of the scan targets and data you submit, and of the reports generated for your account. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the Service.

No Warranty on Security Outcomes

Security scanning identifies certain classes of misconfigurations and known vulnerabilities based on the checks the Service performs at the time of a scan; it is not exhaustive and does not guarantee that a target is free of vulnerabilities, that no attacker can compromise it, or that it satisfies any particular compliance framework. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AYAsec will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms - in particular the authorization-to-scan requirement - or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, No Warranty, Limitation of Liability, and this clause) will survive.

Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify account holders in advance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
