規約への同意

アカウントを作成する、またはその他の方法でAYAsecのウェブサイトもしくはプラットフォーム（以下「本サービス」）を利用することにより、利用者は本利用規約（以下「本規約」）に同意したものとみなされます。組織を代表して本サービスを利用する場合、利用者は当該組織を拘束する権限を有していることを表明するものとし、本規約における「利用者」とは当該組織を指すものとします。

本サービスの説明

AYAsecは、利用者が送信したドメインおよびインフラのTLS/SSL構成、ネットワーク露出、DNSセキュリティ、HTTPヘッダー、および公開アタックサーフェスを解析し、その結果をグレード付きレポートとして提示する自動セキュリティスキャンプラットフォームです。

スキャンの許可

You must own or be authorized to test every domain, host, or asset submitted to AYAsec. Technical ownership verification is required before HTTP Active or Extended scans. TLS, HTTP Passive, Ports, DNS, Credibility, and Discovery scans do not require this technical verification; authorization is still required for every scan.

アカウントについて

利用者は、正確な登録情報を提供し、認証情報を機密として保持する必要があります。利用者は、自身のアカウントで発生するすべての行為について責任を負います。アカウントの不正利用が疑われる場合は、下記の連絡先まで速やかにご連絡ください。

無料トライアルおよび料金

AYAsec offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Paid plans are billed in EUR through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. Annual billing equals ten monthly payments; active amounts come from Stripe. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Fees are non-refundable and we do not issue prorated refunds or credits for partial periods.

禁止事項

上記のスキャン許可に関する要件に加え、利用者は以下の行為を行わないことに同意するものとします。

• 本サービスを利用して、適用される法令または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
• 本サービスまたはそのインフラを妨害・過負荷にする、または不正にアクセスしようとする行為
• 本サービスをリバースエンジニアリングし、再販し、再許諾し、または競合製品の構築に利用する行為
• スキャン結果を偽って伝え、または本サービスを利用して第三者のセキュリティ体制について虚偽の主張を行う行為

知的財産

AYAsec and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of the scan targets and data you submit, and of the reports generated for your account. We may use aggregated, de-identified data derived from scans to improve the Service and to publish statistics and research about internet security. Published statistics never identify you, your organization, or any domain, host, or IP address you submit.

セキュリティ上の結果に関する免責事項

セキュリティスキャンは、スキャン実行時に本サービスが行うチェックに基づき、特定の種類の設定ミスおよび既知の脆弱性を識別するものです。これは網羅的なものではなく、対象に脆弱性が存在しないこと、攻撃者による侵害が不可能であること、または特定のコンプライアンス基準を満たしていることを保証するものではありません。本サービスは「現状有姿（as is）」および「提供可能な範囲（as available）」で提供されるものであり、法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、明示または黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。

責任の制限

法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、AYAsecは、本サービスの利用または利用不能から生じる、間接的、付随的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的損害、あるいはデータ、収益、利益の損失について、一切責任を負いません。本サービスに関する請求について当社が負う責任の総額は、当該請求が発生した日の前12か月間に利用者が当社に支払った金額（存在する場合）を超えないものとします。

契約の終了

利用者は、いつでも本サービスの利用を停止し、アカウントを閉鎖することができます。当社は、利用者が本規約 - 特にスキャン許可に関する要件 - に違反した場合、または法律により求められる場合、利用者のアクセスを停止または終了することができます。その性質上終了後も存続すべき条項（知的財産、免責事項、責任の制限、および本条項を含む）は、終了後も引き続き効力を有します。

本サービスまたは本規約の変更

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify account holders by email in advance.

準拠法

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. The courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
